Q. When does registration close? A. Registration usually closes when the organizer ends registration, when the room is about to go live, or when available slots are full. Q. Why can I not join a tournament after it becomes live? A. Once room credentials are generated and the match is underway, new registrations are normally closed. Q. When do I get room ID and password? A. Room details are generally shown only when the tournament is live and after the organizer/admin publishes them. Q. Why is my reward not visible yet? A. Rewards may appear only after results are submitted, verified, and approved by the organizer or admin. Q. Why is my withdrawal still pending? A. Pending withdrawals may still be under result verification, anti-fraud review, payout validation, or organizer approval. Q. Can I edit my team details after registration? A. That depends on tournament timing and organizer permissions. Late edits may not be allowed once a room is prepared or the event goes live. Q. What happens if a team submits fake results? A. Fake or manipulated results can lead to reward forfeiture, disqualification, account action, and permanent bans. Q. Can minors participate? A. Participation depends on tournament rules, local law, and any organizer-imposed eligibility standards. Guardian consent may be required in some cases. Q. Does the platform allow paid tournaments everywhere in India? A. Users must ensure participation is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
