Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds, cancellations, reward reversals, and withdrawal review work on the platform.
General Principle
Tournament entry handling depends on the format of the event. Some events may be free to enter, while others may involve fees, deposits, or other conditions announced by the organizer.
Tournament Cancellation
If a tournament is cancelled before play starts, the platform or organizer may issue a refund, credit, reschedule, or alternative resolution depending on the payment channel, organizer policy, and applicable law.
Duplicate Or Failed Payments
If a user is charged more than once for the same entry, or if payment is captured but the registration does not reflect correctly, the issue should be reported promptly with transaction proof for review.
No Refund Situations
Refunds may be denied where the user:
- provided incorrect team or account details,
- missed check-in or failed to join the room on time,
- violated tournament rules,
- was disqualified for cheating, abuse, or manipulation,
- requested cancellation after the event has substantially progressed, unless the organizer policy states otherwise.
Rewards, Holds, And Reversals
Published winnings and manual rewards may be reviewed before payout. Rewards may be held, adjusted, or reversed if the platform identifies fraud, duplicate credit, score correction, rule violations, chargebacks, or organizer disputes.
Withdrawal Requests
Approved withdrawals are generally processed only after verification of identity, UPI or payout details, result authenticity, and any compliance checks required by the platform.
Force Majeure And Technical Issues
Network outages, game server issues, platform downtime, battle-room problems, or third-party payment outages may lead to delays, rematches, rescheduling, partial refunds, or cancellation decisions at the discretion of the platform or organizer.
User Responsibility
Users should review tournament details, fees, rewards, payout terms, and eligibility rules before joining any event.
Final Review
Where a dispute exists, the platform may place the request under review and issue a final decision after considering tournament logs, organizer input, and user-provided evidence.
